Do you plan on hiring more tech talent in 2016? Well, you aren’t alone

Dice just released the results of its most recent hiring survey, and the consensus is that enterprises are still looking for tech talent.
Here are some of Dice’s findings:
Seventy-eight percent of hiring managers plan to onboard more tech pros in the first six months of 2016 than the last six months of 2015.
However, almost half of those individuals reported that it took them longer to find tech talent in late 2015 than earlier in the year.
Lastly, and perhaps most interestingly, 64 percent of hiring managers stated that their corporations’ compensation standards are holding them back from bringing on top tech pros.
