To hone in on your company culture and use it as a competitive advantage in recruitment, ask yourself the following.

Number one: What makes your organization unique? Identify what factors make you different from others in your industry and use that to appeal to potential candidates. 

Number two: What does your company value? It is important for people to feel like their work has meaning and purpose. Focus on the bigger picture.

Number three: How do you help your employees improve? For example, if you offer training and development programs, mention that!
