The tech hiring market is extremely competitive.
This means that as a hiring manager, you must have engaging and informative job postings that get prospective new hires interested in the open position.
How do you do that, though?
Here are three tips for crafting great job postings:
One: Plainly state the position’s duty as accurately as possible in the title, and don’t use any marketing jargon, according to DICE.
Two: Begin postings with engaging language that gets across the company culture and what the open job is like.
Three: State the salary or a range that is competitive with what others are paid in the industry.
