Typically, there are three reasons why companies outsource HR or recruitment needs: They are looking to save time, they want to reduce costs or their staff has limited resources or capabilities. Usually, it’s a combination of all three.
Essentially, the decision to streamline HR or staffing functions through a third-party supplier boils down to one question: Would an external vendor be able to complete the task faster and more efficiently than internal staff would?
More often than not, the answer is yes.
