The majority of today’s workforce is made up of passive candidates. And while these individuals may not be actively seeking new job opportunities, incorporating them into your talent acquisition strategy offers a wide range of benefits.
They already possess skills and experiences that are valuable to other organizations. Plus, there will be less recruitment competition to deal with.
Another reason to target passive candidates is because workers today are more inclined to job hop, so reaching them before they begin their search lends a competitive advantage.
